The needle lattice TR38 is used in the field of fibre opening and fibre mixing in hopper feeders, bale openers or bin emptiers.

At the needle lattice TR38 the slats are made of plywood and  are screwed under the polyester / PVC belt. Because of this design the lattice has a smooth surface and an ideal lateral sealing is guaranteed. Easy cleaning is possible if fibres are changed. The screwing enables an exchange of slats. The lattice is closed via belt hooks or an overlapping junction. There will be no pins in the overlapping junction.
