The TR-System
The TR-System is used in fiber opening and fiber mixing, especially in box feeders, bale openers and chamber milling machines. The special feature of this system lies in its modular structure. The slats can be attached both above and below the carrier tape.

- Hopper feeder
- Fine opener
- Blending boxes
- Bale opener
With this TR needle slat band, beech multiplex strips are screwed underneath the PVC-polyester band, which creates a smooth band surface. This construction enables optimal lateral sealing and makes cleaning easier when changing fibers.
Thanks to the screw connection, individual slats can be easily replaced. The strap is closed with strap hooks, although an overlapped connection is also possible. This thoughtful design ensures efficiency and flexibility in various manufacturing processes.
